Hungry Jack's - Smithfield

The food is usually served a bit on the cold side. When you ask that the burger does not have Tomato, sometimes they remove it and some times it comes with Tomato. You tell them it's for dining in and sometimes they give it to you in a Brown bag ready to go. The tables are usually dirty and not cleaned often enough.

We bought Whoppers and they were very sloppy. It was a drive through and we got through reasonably quick but had to pull over to eat it.

I am a vegeterian and went to HJ for the first time and asked if they provide Veg burgers and then I ordered veg burgers. The staff like to play around with Indians and they purposely provide you the meat burger, when I opened up to eat, my friend said its not veg and it is Beef. Please be careful if you are a veggie. And these burgers are not of good quality when compared to the others. But they are there everywhere in Australia.

What happened to cooking burgers fresh! Microwaving any food is not acceptable. Shouldn't have cut corners. Burgers , nuggets and chips and appalling- will never eat Hungry Jacks again.

I ordered dinner and found a hair in my burger, which was not the first time this has happened.
