I'm new to the area for my job. And one of my co workers recommended Kobe. Great choice friendly staff although I ordered take out for lunch. The food was delicious hot. Not too bad price wise for lunch depends on what you choose. I am a first timecustomer and it won't be my last visit.
I had an amazing experience! Although there were a lot of people there we were seated very quickly. The food was delicious and left me feeling very happy and full. Would 100% recommend Kobe’s! There are plenty of Karen’s complaining about the smalldetails when I saw everyone working very hard to please everyone there. Double thumbs up!????????
You wouldn’t expect this restaurant to be located where it is, tucked away off the main road. I’ve visited both Kobe Steakhouse locations, and both are excellent. The hibachi dining is always an enjoyable experience. It’s family-friendly, and the prices are reasonable for the quality you receive. If you enjoy hibachi, this steakhouse is definitely worth trying.
The experience was somewhat disappointing. The food was satisfactory and prepared as requested, and the staff were friendly. However, we ordered a dish that was supposed to come with a dessert according to the menu, but the dessert never arrived. When I inquired about it while paying, the waitress explained they were out of bananas used for the dessert and offered an alternative dessert for an extra charge. I asked if a substitution could be made without extra cost since the original dessert wasn’t provided, but she declined. This information should have been communicated when ordering the main dish, but it wasn’t. We were charged the full price regardless. Unfortunately, this has deterred me from returning.
The only reason I gave Kobe one star was because the beer I had while waiting for my order was ice cold! First of all, I requested no ginger, yet my tray arrived with ginger, which I can't eat due to an allergic reaction. The receipt clearly states "No Ginger" (see photo). Aside from that, the fish on the tray was below average at best. The miso soup was basically water with seaweed and tofu, lacking any real flavor. I also ordered a kid's meal for my wife—the Hibachi Chicken—which was only about 2 ounces of chicken. To make matters worse, the shrimp appetizer that came with the kid’s meal was just one shrimp! (See photo.) The restaurant looks inviting at first, but once you look closer, it isn’t very clean. While sitting at the bar, I noticed someone who appeared to be a construction worker wearing a reflective vest rolling utensils in napkins, which seemed odd. Some waitresses served food without tying their hair back or using hair nets. Overall, between the disappointing food and the poorly maintained environment, I won’t be returning to Kobe anytime soon. The menu here seriously needs improvement.
