Ordered and the food was out within minutes. All tasted good as it should. Constantly being cleaned given the slush coming in the door with the foot traffic. Clenched washrooms as well. View all feedback.

Waited 5 minutes for my order to come up at the counter at which point they slammed it on the tray. Had to then ask for my cup from the cashier who was busy with another order. It wasn't that busy but the orders were coming out slow. You could see by the drive thru vehicles stacked up things weren't going well. Why the staff needs to continually run through the front to deliver car late orders seems to be a poor design but I guess if everything is running correctly it shouldn't happen. The food did taste good and was as a big Mac should look and not falling to the side. Food good but slow and lack luster service.
The menu is simple, but it's surprising how our order was wrong three times! They also kept bringing out the wrong food... What a disappointment! We finally settled for the last breakfast sandwich, even though it was still incorrect, just so we could have something to eat.
Stopped in late one night to have coffee and dessert while using the internet. The inside seating area is VERY small and one table of young people were being EXTREMELY rude and using extensive profanity non-stop. A manager was informed and even after he said...something to them, they continued being extremely offensive and rude and even began making disgusting comments directed at us for complaining. The manager seemed to completely ignore it! We were completely disgusted and felt this should NEVER happen to any customer in a public place intended for families and decent people. I would NEVER recommend this place because of ineffective management and a lack of control over their work place!!
SMITHERS, BC NOV 20/2014 - I am a regular customer at least 4 times a week BUT.. I'm getting really sick and tired of the service at this mcdonalds restaurant for about the last year....everytime I go threw the drive-thru, whether I'm the only customer there or not. I ask for 1 breakfast meal with coffee, or a big mac meal with coke, nothing fancy or special about my order, I pay at the first window, then pull down to the second window, and my drink gets handed to me everytime, and then they say (OH SORRY SIR IT WILL BE A FEW MORE MINS. CAN I GET YOU TO PULL OVER OFF TO THE SIDE AND WE WILL BRING IT RIGHT OUT TO YOU) so I pull over everytime, there are 2parking stalls there, I used to be courteous and only park in one stall, but now I take up both stalls with my small vehicle, the second last time I was there at the second window waiting, the employee came to the window and said sorry sir, its not quite ready yet I'm gonna have to ask....(and that's when I cut the employee off and said that's ok I'll just wait right here at the window for it.) the employee didn't know what to say and looked dazed at me and then turned around and stood looking at there monitor screen, till the kitchen staff gave my bag to the employee to give to me. And today I ordered 1 breakfast meal at 7:19am and of course no one else in line the employee asks me to pull over to the side, then I asked if we get any discounts on our meal for pulling over, cause I'm pulling over everytime I come here, and the employee looks at me all confused like and says no, so I pull over and wait, BUT this time I set a stopwatch on my cell phone when I parked and yup I'm taking up 2stalls again, would you believe it took 4mins 37sec's for the employee to bring my order out to me... and there was one other time a few months ago I ordered one breakfast meal like I always do, pull down to the second window, my coffee is handed to me and sorry sir it's not quite ready yet, you will have to pull over and wait (no one else in line behind me), so I did.. and a few min's. later the employee at the service window holds my bag out the window and says excuse me sir your meal is ready... and I said what you guys don't bring it out to my vehicle anymore? so the employee was still at the window holding my bag outside , so I backed my vehicle up in the directional one-lane of traffic to receive my meal (good thing there were no other customers in line at the window at the time) this is getting to be stupidly ridiculousBUT I AM ALWAYS NICE TO THE EMPLOYEE'S AND NEVER YELL OR CURSE AT THEM CAUSE IT'S REALLY NOT THERE FAULT,, ITS MANAGEMENTS ALL THE WAY IN TRAINNING THERE STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.... ITS GOTTA START AT THE TOP...AND MANAGEMENT HAS TO BE AWARE OF THIS, CAUSE ITS AN ON-GOING PROBLEMDOES MCDONALDS IN CANADA HAVE A TIME LIMIT LIKE THEY DO IN THE U.S.A 1-MIN ON DRIVE-THRU OR YOUR MEAL IS FREE?????but I do believe instead of pulling over all the time in the drive-thru, whether there is a lineup of cars or not, or other customers inside the restaurant,, they have to deal with the first customer first,, before helping others... but that would make to much sense though, I guess customers like and appreciate, spending there hard earned dollars, waiting for cold food and having there orders mixed up with others... cause I know I'm getting sick of it, I've had my final straw with this mcdonalds in smithers bc, I'm taking my business elsewhere and I encourage others to do the same, maybe then the management will smarten up with there customer service, then I might be back,, but I doubt it I don't really know how this establishment stay's in business, with the lack of service they provide and the customer-service we receive, BUT I do have to give them a (big shout-out and applause there great at taking money, but not so good at getting the meals out on time)..... and I know I'm not the only mcdonalds customer in town with these same issues SOMETHING HAS GOT TO BE DONE HERE!!!!!!
