Sorry for my rant this time. This is the fourth time I 'm going back there! This time, Help!! At the reception, a couple of guests who were there had to telephone the hotel reception so that someone could finally come, after spending a good quarter of an hour waiting! The hotel bar CLOSED all week, incredible for a hotel!! No cold drinks dispensers in the common areas! In the restaurant, the staff did not understand my Dutch or English!. (No effort, and dazed). The magnetic card to open the room worked every other time (a detail). In the hotel casino I didn 't know that you could eat pizza, fries and drinks to go to the bar!!! Never seen before in a casino when drinks cannot be taken in front of the games!!!! Hello smells! In short, very disappointed with the day, but I hope to sleep well.
