I attended for my birthday evening meal and the service along with food was magnificent. The only thing that was missing was a little background music however I was informed by staff the next day that there was a technical fault that prevented this from occurring. The menu offered plenty of variety and the food down to the vegetables were cooked to perfection. I thank your for a great birthday celebration. View all feedback.

The ground was immaculate when we approached the hotel. the interieur was exquisite, the staff was polite, helpful and friendly. we were treated like royal. eating was nice - we'll come back.

I booked for afternoon but after turning up I was told I hadn’t booked for afternoon tea . I was made me to feel as if this was my wrong doing and yet I have just received an email saying “how was your afternoon tea “ really disappointing to be honest as was looking forward to it . The bar manager was very accommodating but he had told me I’d booked for lunch .
