We didn't expect much from this hotel restaurant, as it looks quite plain and uninviting from the outside. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service and the fresh, beautifully presented dishes. The hot and tangy soup was out of this world, and the salt and pepper chocolate was exquisite! Every member of our family agreed that Bugis Road is a fantastic choice and definitely worth a return visit! View all feedback.
That is one of the best restaurants I was to. eating is amazing and the service is simply impeccable. feels like home. the personal is fantastic and always welcoming. they are attentive and fully aware of customer needs. the best employees are: bee leng tan, david lo dipesh. very recommended restaurant!
Cannot fault the food or service. Booked early 6.30pm as gets busy with hotel guests arriving from Legoland Note: this is not the buffet restaurant.

We had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant during our stay at the Copthorne Hotel. We were truly impressed by the quality of the food—everything was amazing, fresh, and authentic. The service was excellent, making it an all-around perfect meal. This might just be the best Asian cuisine I’ve ever had in Britain!
A few friends and I recently discovered the Bugis Street Brasserie in August. The staff is very well-trained and polite, which made for a pleasant experience. We were there for dinner, and we truly enjoyed the Peking duck—absolutely delicious! The Chinese fried rice was also great, but the highlight for us was the prawn crackers; they were the best we've ever had. Overall, a wonderful place!
