Atmosphere is utilitarian—typical of takeout spots—and cleanliness is inconsistent, with occasional early closures and limited management visibility. Sodium content is high and a favorite bread (Monterey cheddar) was discontinued, but overall it’s a convenient, satisfying option for quick meals.

Friendly staff. But all of the tables are dirty
Nice people and they made the sandwich
I usually order the BLT and have loved it for years, but I was disappointed when they discontinued the Monterey cheddar bread. This time, by mistake, I got a BMT instead. Since I’m quite picky and don’t often try new things, I was really upset—I even started crying because I had been looking forward to my BLT. By the time I noticed the mix-up, the restaurant was already closed, so I couldn’t reach out for assistance.
The two boys working in this place they never wash their hands, the best dirty people I drive 7 miles to get some sandwich, but they piss me
The employee at the Sloan Subway was truly outstanding. Even though he was working alone during the hectic Memorial Day weekend on Friday, he greeted every customer with a smile. He was courteous and friendly, but it’s not fair for one person to manage all the demand on his own, especially during a holiday weekend. This situation reflects poorly on the Subway brand. Nonetheless, the worker performed exceptionally well and certainly deserves a raise for his dedication and effort.
