We had a spinach, tomatoes Alfredo thin crust delivered yesterday at 5 p.m. It was Friday during fasting and the meatless pizza was perfect. The delivery woman was WONDERFUL!
Great people who work there wonderful service food is awesome
Ordered over 50 bucks worth of food at the Pontchartrain location. One of the items was undercooked. Called to report it and was told the item is pre cooked and then cooked again at a certain temperature. That's great..but the item was still not fully cooked. Told me they would try to get another out when they can... . Won't be ordering anytime soon from this location.
Update: 10.08.2020 Decreasing my rating from a 2 to 1 Star Wish I could give NO Stars)! We received a FREE large 1 topping pizza for our troubles last time we ordered an undercooked pizza. I ordered once again the FREE 1 large pizza, 3 topping xtra large pizza Requesting WELL DONE) also ordered wings. Pizza AGAIN delivered UNDERCOOKED, RAW, MUSHY, SOFT PIZZA! Papa Johns employees and manager obviously doesn't care about their service. We'll try Marcos Pizza or a different location Papa Johns! 9.24.2020 We order pizza too many times. When you don't feel like cooking or you're coming home late form work. Every time I ask or choose WELL DONE pizza online order) it never comes this way.
