What Katie dislikes about Panera Bread:
Everything bagel was tasty, though cold. Chicken avocado breakfast wrap had maybe a pinch of chicken. 1st Macadamia vanilla cream cold brew had no coffee in it. They made me a new one, still with very little actual coffee added to it, but I wasn’t about to ask a third time. I went through the drive-thru; perhaps it would’ve been a better experience if I dined in. View all feedback.
Took a chance and went there for breakfast and to my pleasure it was delightful.
The service has declined tremendously over the past few months. Rude cashiers, bad attitudes and below standards for food. I don't know if it is poor management or lack of holding employees accountable but I will definitely not patron this establishment again.
Blonde head MANAGER WITH A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. I asked for my grilled cheese to be toasted well. She had said what would you want me to do how much more would you like for me to taste it it’s going to be burnt this is what I got. Then I had to get a refund. Just a HORRIBLE
