Found today that the claw, scratch, chili and tarter sauce are all made by scratches in the house by the owner!! Not only that, but he also makes the mayonnaise he uses.... From SCRATCH! Both owners are active in the course of the place. He's on the food and her in front! Now is what's going on! Eat on point, obviously! The atmosphere is great and the service is excellent! There was one staff member who was a bit loud and perhaps a little overzealous (possibly due to having a drink), but overall, this visit was excellent. The Italian beef and Texas dog were delicious, and the prices were very reasonable as well.
