Burger King - Sleaford

The card machines at the self-service stations were out of order. I spent 10 minutes trying to place an order, but I couldn't do it. My partner approached the counter to inform them that the machines were down, and we were told, "Oh, we know; I just haven't turned them off yet." A simple heads-up from across the counter would have been really helpful! Food: 4

Not my cup of tea! I had to stop for a drink on my way home from Yorkshire, and this was the only place open on the bank holiday. The coffee was drinkable, but the food had no flavor at all. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 1.

The layout can be a bit confusing since there’s a KFC with a drive-thru, but Burger King doesn’t have that option. The service was quick, and the staff were polite. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 4 out of 5.
