Staff showed no interest in getting either issue fixed. Suggest you avoid.

It turns out only the t... read more There are 4 carwash programs, I picked the middle one, my car was washed but not air dried, leaving my car covered in dried water spots. It turns out only the top tier washes include an air dry. This is stupid, all carwashes I've been to finish with an air dry even on the basic programs. What's the point of a car wash without a final dry?

So they are telling people to go... read more It’s disgusting that there is a toilet in the service station but it’s out of order. It’s been out of order over 6 months now. So they are telling people to go to Burger King or KFC when they’re not open or go to Travelodge as they are a hotel but the only toilets they have is for paying guess. Think they need to sort it out as they are a 24 hour. Or is it that the toilet is working but they don’t want customers using it so they don’t have to clean it.

Got an email... read more Tried to spend my £5 loyalty points which they couldn't do. So as this is my local BP there is no point using the card as I can't claim the points! Got an email from BP urging me to redeem my points so I tried once again to use my loyalty points as I have already collected over £5. This time I was told by two staff members that I can collect points but the manager has said they can't be redeemed! What is the point in collecting points that can't be redeemed? I will be using Texaco in the future when you collect point with them you can actually use them. Very disappointed with the whole experience. I can't see why they offer points that can't be redeemed, it makes no sense.
