The food is normally very good, our last experience was not on par.

Had a blast New Years Eve. Even short staffed the did a great job!!

I stopped in to try the place out with family took 20 mins to get my first drink never was able to get a second drink! Two others at the table ordered food that took an hour and a half for onion rings that came cold! When the server brought food we asked for a round never got it. Told server onion rings were cold never got a discount or anything! We Ended up leaving went Next door to Key Largo which was busy but still got in got my first drink within 5 mins and was able to eat hot food within 20 mins of ordering… won’t be back to Pelican but recommend everyone going next door for better service and food at Key Largo!

View is nice outside when weather cooperates.. but overall our experience was poor. Waitress forgot about us, food took over 90 minutes to arrive.. It was basic menu items too like nachos, pretzels and a burger. Food was not that great… Had to look for waitress anytime we needed drink refills or anything at all really since she kept forgetting about our table. Indoors, all seating is high top and bartender was not friendly. We don’t plan to come back.
