We stopped by for a quick break to refuel and have some drinks. The restrooms and the entire place were clean. As we walked in, the staff at the counter welcomed us warmly. We grabbed a few snacks to go along with our drinks, and the kids particularly loved the tasty pizza.
When I visited the restaurant this morning between 9:30 and 10 AM, I found no food in the warmers, and the lights were off, as if they hadn't been turned on yet. I needed to use the restroom, but had to wait quite a while. Eventually, I ended up using the men's restroom after waiting for a long time for the others to become available. It appeared that only one person was handling both the kitchen and the counter during a busy period.
My boyfriend and I order from Casey's Pizza at least once a week. Unfortunately, every time we do, the pizza is cut awkwardly, tends to be dry, and it seems like there's little effort in ensuring the cheese covers the entire pie. Tonight, we had pizza again, and it had hardly any sauce on it. It’s so disappointing that we’re considering just throwing it away. Slayton Casey's really needs to retrain their kitchen staff.
Slayton Casey's is consistently clean, and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful! The food is always delicious!
I recently placed an online order for pizza to pick up at a local restaurant. The website said my order would be ready in 20 minutes, but when I got there, they had no record of it and informed me it would take about an hour to prepare. This has happened to me twice now when ordering online from this restaurant. I recommend they hire someone more skilled with technology or suggest trying a different pizza place, like Domino's.
