Grill Vodka Grill - Славутич

I went there 4 times day and 2 times night. Kitchen is not good except steak. Steak also not the same taste all the time. Tried salads, not advising.. maybe that's what happened to me, maybe bad luck, I don't know. As a night club, not bad.. And they get the tip with the bill %10.

They are mean on dark skin. My female Ukrainian staff member had to negotiate before they let us in. Also, l had to proof that my staff and I were ready to make a deposit of 2K before they let us in. I find it unfair to respect guests only because they can spend in your bar.

We went I was denied entry due to dress code. Even though I was in designer clothes (Emporio Armani, my shoes costs what they make in a month), I was going to let it go however they let my Ukrainian friends in, guys whom were wearing dirty t-shirts shorts (they are bartenders was just getting out of work) even when other Ukrainian men dressed not even close to how I was (again I'm in all designer clothes NOT in shorts), they were even in shorts were allowed. My Ukrainian friends asked them how others can enter but not me to which they could not respond. They offered us outside seating but would not even let me use the bathroom even if I bought drinks. This is an obvious sign of RACISM discrimination not only towards Americans but also to my skin color (no, I'm not white). Pretty sad that this a place that represents a country dependent on us Americans to assist them through their war.

The worst steak I ever have!!! But 505 grivna for 2 person is ok.

We visited this establishment on Saturday 29/12. The entrance door was broken so there was broken glass all over the entrance. Apparently moments ago there had been a fight and pepper spray was used. In hindsight, this should perhaps have warned us of the competence of the security personnel. During the night, a fist fight breaks out between 2 groups of girls who were trying to chat us up. The hoards for security personnel are nowhere to be seen. I had to physically position myself between the girls to stop the fight. Later a guy (Aka Idiot) tries to force him self to our group. My Ukrainian business associate politely asks him to leave us alone. The Idiot challenges my associate to follow him outside to fight. I get in contact with the security personnel to have them resolve this issue, and remove the idiot from our presence. But apparently, the idiot was a regular customer, the security guy knows him by his name, and asks us to follow the idiot outside, who is by now waiting outside the entrance door with an empty bottle, which I repeatedly informed the security personnel about. A bottle can do a lot of damage when used as a weapon. None of the security personnel even tried to resolve the conflict. The idiot finally backs down after I in no uncertain way explain to him that we are not interested in a fight, but if he continues to force my hand I will deal with him accordingly. But 5 minutes later the idiot is back in the club, at which point we decide to leave this establishment. I worked as the head bouncer for 10 years in Europe, I had a security firm with over 60 employees. It´s beyond my comprehension that any decent establishment would leave the safety of its guest in the hands of a bunch of amateurs, with no obvious skill or education in conflict management. It's really a pity because the food was good, the prices were cheap, the club was packed, the boy/girl ratio was acceptable and there were enough beautiful people to make this place interesting, BUT no party is worth having your face smashed with a bottle. Please either hire some professionals or educate your staff in conflict management.
