Thank you! Not every day is a good day for every one. I can 't remember the last time I had a messed up meal from this location and I work next door sorta haha. Highly Recommend the Pancake Feist! Get the pancakes right, then get another order same plate/box with crispy bacon. If it 's a really bad day get a hash brown or two. If you 're not smiling after that meal... come see me haha. unless you 're under 18, then you will have to settle for more pancakes.
Hot food. We had a nice drive up to Slave Lake to have lunch. We met some other friends at the A&W there. We ordered our food and it was made fresh to order. It was delicious. The staff was very professional and respectful. Kudos to the staff at A&W there.
Most times, A&W is consistently a dependable place to eat but not today. Was surprised (until I started.to eat) that there was no one in the restaurant for breakfast. Service was quick. Ordered the Canadian Breakfast, eggs over easy. It arrived within minutes, but I wish it had taken longer. Eggs were barely cooked, whites all slimy and runny inside. Toast was cold. Sausages looked like they'd been boiled anemic and tasteless. Couldn't eat most of it. Won't go back or recommend for breakfast.
Stopped in for a quick bite for the road on business travel. Convenient to fill truck at the Petro Can at the same time. What is there to be said about fast food? I tell myself that A&W is slightly more healthy than the others. Besides, they have good onion rings.
Good breakfast, forgot our hashbrowns, did not come around with more coffee..... I know A and Dubs ', this one needs the undercover boss to fine tune the service and language barrier.
