What Peter M likes about Capital Grill:
The Capital Bar and Grill, at the Shangri-La Hotel, opens at 5 pm. The entrance is a WOW, a tall wooden display of several cabinets filled with crystal glasses (see my photos). A mesmerizing welcome. Inside, it has the right ambiance, lighting and decor to be a starter place, for the rest of your evening.
