Somchai's Cuisine - Slacks Creek

If I could give this 0 I would! Worst thai we have ever had! Ordered 4 dishes plus entrees everything tasted like it had been soaked in sugar...no difference in taste between the dishes and it was cold when we picked it up! Don't even bother ordering!

We went back to check that we hadn't made a mistake - but unfortunately, the food is still terrible. This is a real shame because this used to be a wonderful place to eat. The food used to be fresh, beautifully cooked and subtly flavoured. Now it is overcooked, greasy and truly horrible. We'll have to find another Thai restaurant in the area. We won't be back at Somchai's any time soon.

We have been to this restaurant many times over the years and when it was run by Din it was great. New people have taken over and everything has slipped. The food is terrible. Don't waste your time and money going there.

We started going to this restaurant middle of last year and to begin was very impressed with it. Food was so tasty and nice to eat. The last couple of times have not been great. Phoned earlier in the week and booked a table for 4 at 7pm for last Friday night. Unfortunately when we arrived we were told we didn't have a booking, not impressed at all. The time before the food was not as good, told us they didn't have an Eftpos machine ( we usually pay this way) and service was not good at all. Asked to speak to the manager and was told they left.Hopefully it will get better....

This is our favourite thai restaurant. We often get takeaway and find that it is always consistently good quality and fresh. I recently recommended it to a friend and now it's her family's favourite too.
