Distrikt is in the back lobby of a hotel on the square in Skopje (great location), and the interior is groovy. We just had craft cocktails (excellent), hummus, and truffle fries the dips for the truffle fries were soooo good, and the fries were perfect! I would order that again every day of the week. Service was friendly, but wait times for food and drinks quite long. Nice place, but the food mediocre, unfortunately. Quite pricey for what you get.
Most of the food I had was ok'ish, but please stop burning or overcooking the food. Everything I had was dried. Even the breakfast, everything is very dried, like you are using some kind of grill on high temperature.
We stayed at the hotel and each day we went to the bar for drinks. The cocktails are EXCELLENT! You should definitely check them out. The staff are super friendly and very good at their jobs. We didn't eat any food, but the pizzas that went past us looked great.
The food was ok. Prices ok. Ambient nice. Service good. It’s just small things like smell from the kitchen. Dirty toilet. That’s it.
Kalamari and tuna tartar were amazing. The pasta dishes were nice. The restaurant is open until 12pm which is helpful.
