Jimmy John’s on Skokie Blvd did an excellent job catering to our party of 20 with their delivery to Sketchbook in Skokie. They arrived right on time, and although the condiments we requested on the side were initially missing from our order, a quick phone call to Jimmy John’s resulted in them delivering the condiments within minutes. What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
I had a disappointing experience at this Jimmy John's. If possible, I would recommend going to the one in Evanston instead. They frequently get online orders wrong, and when you politely ask them to remake your order according to the original request, they don’t even apologize. Instead, they just look at you like you're the one who's at fault. View all feedback.
Excellent sandwich (as always) as well as fast, friendly service and a clean restaurant.
1 hour and 50 min for delivery! No apologies, nothing. Would not recommend this location.
Ordered online at 11:56 am. I was unable to track my order using my app so I attempted to call the store. Called store over 20 times between 12:40 and 1:30. There were multiple pick ups and hang ups. Finally someone answered the phone, put me on hold for 5 minutes and returned to the phone. This was around 1:15, and they assured me that my order was out for delivery. He tried to contact the delivery driver, whom was not answering his phone. The man at the store said he would void my credit card order but I would still receive my food. I called again at 1:30 and he said he spoke to the driver and my delivery was next.My food finally came at 1:50, almost exactly two hours later. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Definitely not “freaky fast.”
Almost 2 hours for delivery, then the driver doesn't deliver sandwich to right place. Second time this has happened.
