What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
Same problems as all other Sonic restaurants in Tulsa, Skiatook and Owasso area terrible. Sonic just has to close everything. Below average food that is over expensive, long waiting times independent of being busy or not (also for a drink), and company has many idiots as there is still a location that actually works properly. Wow! I wish this sonic wasn't so horrible took forever to get food and we got it home and tasted stale on top of that brown lettuce on the burgers! They are gonna make people sick, not that they care! (Everyone can tell brown slimy lettuce is not acceptable for eating) They need some proper direction! I called a couple weeks before my wedding to order 15-10lb bags of ice. I gave the person my info and date it would be needed. I called back to confirm the week of the wedding and told it was all good. They even confirmed what time I would need it picked up. When I sent someone the day of to pick up the ice they were told there was no ice order for me. I then called into the store to speak to the manager. I told her I placed an order, confirmed the order, and then was told there was no order upon pickup. I told her I'd be making a review due to horrible mismanagement of the situation. How disappointing. Get better management. Service: 1
