Mazzio's Italian Eatery - Skiatook

Pizza was wonderful! the salatable was not that big. lettuce was very devastated and tanning, toppings were at a minimum. I would expect it to be the middle of the day, but that was right at the opening. all the tables were dirty. the personal was very nice!

Pizza was hot and fresh. the first piece was really good, but from some reason the pizza was fat.

Wow tried to be open with this place, but every time I go to wait his 30 minutes with all those who are in tune. why can't they get their pizza out in time? end result ordered online. order should be ready 6:15 there was still waiting 7:30. the half of my order sat there and was cold for who knows how long I wait in the car after an hour! so ended after money back and went without pizza! will not be back

The computer system malfunctioned, so I had to wait in my car for approximately 45 minutes for my food. The staff were friendly and very apologetic when I finally made it to the drive-thru after so many others had passed through. I even provided my name to one of the workers who promised to check on my order, but it still took an additional 10 minutes after she returned. After waiting for a total of 20 more minutes, I became frustrated and expressed my frustration when I finally received my order at the window. The staff apologized profusely at that point. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, I discovered that my pizza was undercooked in some spots.

Used to love mazzios but Skiatook location has gone down hill. Ordered last night. Said it would be a 20 minute wait. I waited for over an hour for 1 large pizza, a small cheese dippers that were hard as a rock and didn't have any marinara with them which I specifically requested. And 10 Memphis wings which had almost no rub on them. I paid $43 and it was one of the most disappointing meals I have had.
