What Hannah Willhite doesn't like about Charlie's Chicken Of Skiatook:
Normally delicious! But tonight the rolls were extremely, like EXTREMELY, undercooked.... the center of both rolls are straight gooey-dough. My daughter took a decent bite and swallowed some before she spit it out since it tasted cold and gooey. Definitelyneed to let the rolls cook a little longer lol. You guys are AMAZING tho! Shared the rolls in photos. View all feedback.
This is our favorite Charlie's Chicken restaurant in the tulipa and the surrounding area. The food is great, the staff friendly, and the restaurant always clean. The only reason not to give them five stars is because my husband always orders the liver memory and the livers demand to be freshly cooked. The restaurant is happy to commit, but usually forgets to take out his order so that he must stand near the line to remind her that he is waiting for her.
I've eaten at a few different Charlie's Chicken locations. I was very impressed with this one. I went in and had to make a big order to feed a fairly large group. Everything was ready and fresh. They even helped me carry it all to my car. The food was also very good.
From Missouri and we ate Sunday and got the chicken fried steak special, it was amazing. We came back today and i got the 2pc white chicken, dressing and broccoli rice, the mister got the gizzards. The food was amazing and the guy at the window was very friendly
Food was very good today. It has been greasy in the past or spent too much time in the serving tray. Today the chicken fried steak was incredible. Crisp and cooked perfectly. The Mac and cheese was fresh and hot as opposed the clay-like clump that is served elsewhere. My only criticism would be that they were a little stingy with the gravy. No one likes to eat dry mashed potatoes. Staff is always friendly and the line always moves quickly. Great place to eat!
A little pricey but worth it for lunch or dinner. This is the place to go when you want a true home Americana meal, especially with a southern flare to it. It'll make your mother and granother cry with delight!
