Apache Pizza - Skerries

Food is always cold no matter if I collect it on time or not! I get a side as well and always have to reheat it. Not in a hurry to return

I just orderd the worst pizza ever my party was ruined i saaid i wanted topings on my pizza and i receivd plane pizza worst place ever never ordering again chips were horrible

I placed an order at 17:26 online. No problem so far. I was contacted by Apache Pizza Loughrea at approx 18:16 to tell me there was a €1 surcharge for out of town delivery, the young lad confirmed the pizza was on its way. No problem so far. I then contacted Apache Pizza Loughrea at approx 18:41 to ask if the driver had the correct details as he hadn’t arrived. We are 8km outside town. I was told the driver was 3 mins away. The pizza was delivered at approx 18:50. The pizza was warm, not hot, but passable. The problems start now. I was contacted by Apache Pizza Loughrea supervisor at approx 18:53 to ask if the pizza had arrived, we said it was warm, but the box had condensation inside. The lady said they would apply a credit or refund and she would call back. The manager/franchise owner from Apache Pizza Loughrea contacted me at 19:41 to say he had no intention of refunding me and I should complain to head office. He was rude and dismissive and highly unprofessional. I looked at the Apache Pizza website to lodge a complaint but it states they complaints go directly to the franchise owner. I contacted Apache Pizza Loughrea and they said the manager and supervisor were no longer there. The young lad who was initially helpful now started playing silly bollox and wouldn’t give me the managers name. So moral of the story is don’t use Apache Pizza Loughrea. The manager/franchise owner just doesn’t care about customers

Absolutely disgusted sitting here writing this review. We waited an hour and 45 mins for our delivery from Skerries to lusk. When it finally arrived the pizza I ordered was completely wrong, they gave me a plain margarita, the 4 toppings that I ordered where knowhere to be seen. Tried ringing them numerous times and they didn’t answer, I don’t care how busy they are, it would take 10 seconds to double check an order before sending it out, but instead they don’t care, it’s doesn’t take a genius to copy simple instructions from an order sheet. My partners pizza had the right toppings on it, but she then noticed bits of pineapple in random places on the pizza, now what happens if she’s allergic to pineapple? Or one of the kids are? They obviously do all the toppings in one area and bits are falling into other areas. This sort of practice needs to stop. Paying extortionate prices for a below par service. This is not the first time we have had an issue with this place and I’m not the type to leave a negative review but I feel at this stage it’s the only way they will change their poor standards of service, even if I got through to them all they would have done is offered me another pizza, so am I expected to wait another 2 hours? Should I delay the kids bedtime so they can rectify a mistake that could have been so easily avoided. Sort yourselves out, I won’t be ordering from these again, there’s too many pizza places around to settle for this sort of poor service.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had. Received undercooked pizza, phoned to let them know, the manager tried to tell me via the poor unfortunate on the phone that it wasn't possible. When I asked to speak to him directly he refused saying he was too busy. Have a look at the other one star reviews. I'm not alone in receiving this treatment from the manager. We then drove down to get our money back. Without even looking at the pizzas he told us they were perfectly cooked. They were not (see photos). Refused any help. Ruined our evening. Previously regular customer, never ordering from there again. One star reviews all over google, here, yelp.
