I placed an order at 17:26 online. No problem so far. I was contacted by Apache Pizza Loughrea at approx 18:16 to tell me there was a €1 surcharge for out of to... read more I placed an order at 17:26 online. No problem so far. I was contacted by Apache Pizza Loughrea at approx 18:16 to tell me there was a €1 surcharge for out of town delivery, the young lad confirmed the pizza was on its way. No problem so far. I then contacted Apache Pizza Loughrea at approx 18:41 to ask if the driver had the correct details as he hadn’t arrived. We are 8km outside town. I was told the driver was 3 mins away. The pizza was delivered at approx 18:50. The pizza was warm, not hot, but passable. The problems start now. I was contacted by Apache Pizza Loughrea supervisor at approx 18:53 to ask if the pizza had arrived, we said it was warm, but the box had condensation inside. The lady said they would apply a credit or refund and she would call back. The manager/franchise owner from Apache Pizza Loughrea contacted me at 19:41 to say he had no intention of refunding me and I should complain to head office. He was rude and dismissive and highly unprofessional. I looked at the Apache Pizza website to lodge a complaint but it states they complaints go directly to the franchise owner. I contacted Apache Pizza Loughrea and they said the manager and supervisor were no longer there. The young lad who was initially helpful now started playing silly bollox and wouldn’t give me the managers name. So moral of the story is don’t use Apache Pizza Loughrea. The manager/franchise owner just doesn’t care about customers

I was nervous, but I was pleasantly surprised when the delivery... read more My children were craving pizza, so I took a chance and ordered despite seeing some bad reviews. I was nervous, but I was pleasantly surprised when the delivery arrived in just 15 minutes on a Friday evening. The pizzas were delicious and arrived still hot. I don't know why there were negative reviews, because I thought the pizza was fantastic. The delivery driver was also very friendly.
