They're incredibly friendly and accommodating. I've had a few mix-ups in the past, but they always resolve them quickly. The fries, seasoned with paprika, are exceptional, and the boneless chicken is delicious, especially when it's crispy and golden. Delivery can be surprisingly quick; I once received my order within 15-20 minutes of placing the call, which is impressive. Plus, the new phone app is simply the best!
