The hotel is centrally located and not far from shops and transport. Our room was nice and quiet, the size was simple enough. The staff at the desk was friendly. The breakfast buffet was really good, many different ways to eat and drink! Would stay here again. View all feedback.
Great hotel, nice clean rooms. The service depends on the mood, the night is better. Water quality is bad, for the first time in my life do not drink from the tail in Sweden. Avoid the restaurant at the hotel.

Skellefteå is a tough place to mark for because there is very little competition. This hotel doesn't need to do anything other than list on a couple of websites and they'll have customers paying more than you do in Stockholm for a night. And because of this standards drop. The current rating is 3.9 and that isn't good for a business in the service industry. Basically, the hotel isn't great, the service isn't great and the breakfast needs work. But nothing stands out in Skellefteå so you're sort of stuck with this. I stay here for convenience only.
