I dined at this restaurant almost a year ago, but I still remember being pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegetarian and vegan options they had available. Despite being located in an unexpected area, I was impressed by the selection. When I inquired about the differences in ingredients between their two veggie burgers, the staff happily informed me and recommended the tastier option. The food was delicious and... We decided to try this restaurant based on previous reviews, however, they were outdated so we didn't know what to expect. Unfortunately, there were limited vegan options with no more vegan burgers or mash available. I ordered a jacket potato with beans and vegan cheese, but was disappointed to receive a small, overcooked potato with hard skin. The vegan cheese was cold and uncooked, not even melted. The meal lacked... View all feedback.
Excellent vegan homemade sausages and homemade chips. Brilliant service nothing too much trouble. Massive portions. Amazing view of the beach.
I almost heard a year, but I remember finding more vegetarian and vegan options there than I expected for a place in the area. I asked the differences in the ingredients between her two veggie burgers and they gave me a happily informed and advised what was tastier. The food was good and I intend to visit again!
I dive into this café when I work in Skegness as it has an accessible parking space and has a separate Veggie / Vegan menu. The Färger and Maische are delicious. Prices are okay and they have a lot of tea and coffee options and alternatives milk etc. On mutilple occasions visited, the employees are very hit and miss with their professionalism. 1 very flirtatily asked if he could sit with me while I was eating what made me very uncomfortable, another laughed in the back about the fact that I ordered vegan sausages as they did not know they were in the menu.
Lovely restaurant on the sea front at Winthorpe, with a great vegan menu. It is a little small, but they are continuing to expand (I have been told vegan cakes are on their way! as the menu has been well recieved. I had bangers and mash, and it was clear the sausages were home made, my Mum had the soya ragu and thoroughly enjoyed it!
I often visit this cafe while working in Skegness because it has a convenient car park and offers a separate menu for vegetarians and vegans. The bangers and mash are delicious and the prices are reasonable. They have a variety of tea and coffee options, as well as alternative milks. However, I have had mixed experiences with the staff's professionalism during multiple visits. One staff member flirtatiously asked to sit with me while I was eating, which made me uncomfortable. Another staff member laughed in the back when I ordered vegan sausages, indicating she was unaware they were on the menu.
