I have ordered the snacks and sweets in online , I received the parcel after 2 days in chennai by door delivery with good packaging , all are excellent taste with good quality, price is average 320 Rs/ kg, compare to chennai price minimum 400Rs/kg in local shop, 600 Rs /kg in A2B , Krishna sweets but taste is ok) , View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sattur Snacks:
Ordered first time through online .Order had given on 01.05.2023. Received products on 05.05.2023.we have opened the Laddu pack and shocked the laddu with fungus formation. Very frustrating. Please don't send spoiled snacks.we are faith in snacks in the name of city sattur. You people have totally changed the our mind of popularity of sattur snacks. Attached the spoiled sweet photo. Superb response, delivery packaging. Very professional. I placed order from Bangalore recd next working day. Quality Taste of Murukku was very delicious.
This is not the first time I have ordered in Sattur Snacks shop. I usually buy from their shop whenever I visit my home town (Sivakasi). But when I'm in Chennai, I order online. Unfortunately the web site was down for the past 1 week so they took my order on WhatsApp and delivered the snacks on time. Taste was authentic and excellent as always. Price is also reasonable.
