All made well in a clean, exposed kitchen. My vegan favorite is their California roll with ONLY avocado. UPDATE Feb 2019: They made me a delicious vegetarian udon soup today with tofu!! No taste, one little peace of meat, a lot of pasta and very little soup. We thought the soup was on the side, but it was covered with the pasta. We called the restaurant, but they did not seem to care. Last time we ordered here! 30 min later: fair to say that the owner/ manager called and tried to solve the problem and offered a new soup and send some beers over.
