My first pour review of this usually great place. Very surly waitress. When I chose osso bucco I didn't expect it to be lukewarm. I said it was not hot. No apology. Just took it away, brought it back with less meat and slightly hotter and again no apology. She needs training as the other staff are lovely. View all feedback.
