This used to be one of our favourite all your can eat food place in Sitges. Nice quality food and great speed of service and value for money is no longer there but it’s good for a quick a la cart option. The highlight for kids is the robot that delivered sushi and dumplings.
Bad place Our family mistake was to go to this place without looking at the reviews first. The first thing I saw was a large empty hall, which was quite logical when we finished. We were greeted by a slow, disgruntled waiter with a mocking smile. I immediately asked if they were going to close for a break? Who told us that “we seem to be closing for lunch, but it seems we’re not. I’ll find out from the owner.” After which we were told that we should not worry and sit down at the table. Sangria de cava was inexpensive but not tasty, sour and not sweet enough. The food is actually not that bad. BUT VERY BAD SERVICE, after which you don’t feel like eating at all. You lose your appetite at the thought that they might spit in your food or make fun of you with your orders. Because when I just asked for wasabi, the woman started shouting loudly to her colleague in Chinese about wasabi and laughing, not with joy Ultimately, after about an hour, all the staff left for a break, only the owner and this woman were left. She tried to make us understand with words that it was time for us to leave and take everything with us, for payment, of course. This rule applies in a free buffet. The last thing she did was try to take the plate with the words “Is this the same for you?” This is perhaps the most disgusting free buffet I've ever been to! I will never go there again and do not recommend it to anyone!!!!
I had lunch here today and right after I started feeling bad. I ended up spending the evening in my hotel with diarrhea and vomiting.
We both developed food poisoning around four hours after leaving the restaurant. The food didn’t taste off, but something was clearly wrong with how it was cooked or stored. My friend and I ended up back at the hotel with vomiting and diarrhoea, which completely ruined our only night in Sitges. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend eating here.
