The waiters looked like they had been recruited from Las Ramblas street corners and were either over worked or just not interested. I had finished my big glass of wine which took...half an hour) before the very simple tapas dish I ordered had arrived, without any apology. The food was burnt and tasteless. I decided not to order another drink to go with my food as that would have probably taken another half hour (despite the place being barely a third full). There are many very good restaurants on the sea front at sitges, but not this one. Either understaffed or badly trained. Find elsewhere to eat!

We only ordered croquettes overcooked/tasteless) and what turned out to be very average calamari, yet they took over half an hour to arrive, despite...the place being half empty. We asked the waiter several times for the bill to be brought to the table so we could leave as we had arrangements. After waiting a ridiculously long time my partner decided to find where he could pay as we needed to leave. After waiting another ten minutes for him waiting to pay at the inside bar, the only person taking the money decided they had to go out and lay some more knives and forks before taking our payment. This bad service caused avoidable problems for us, the staff seemed angry (maybe due to understaffing by the managers) and not interested in looking after the few customers there. My advice is eat at a dedicated restaurant not one that doubles up as a disco with a DJ set up) where the staff are attentive and not distracted.
