The hotel is located in the dolce sitges hotel, where I was the hotel, is a fine dining room, so the food proportions tend, smaller than most restaurants in sitges and very well presented. food quality and cooking is excellent. the menu is...instead of limited, but there was something for everyone. I had the meeresbarsch who was excellent that my colleague had the gay. the service was good, the staff was attentive and the bill was reasonable
Overall we were very disappointed by our culinary experience here. in consideration of his claims, I would and it would be difficult to evaluate it higher than poor. eating was dirty the steak full of gristle and barely edible. very expensive. the service can be described indifferent. ate here in our first night of eleven nights in the hotel and effortless to say, did not go any closer here!
