The ordered lemon drop had no lemon. The bartender tried 3 times with simple sugar and alcohol no lemon. Wine was the eventual option. Our server disappeared. W... read more The ordered lemon drop had no lemon. The bartender tried 3 times with simple sugar and alcohol no lemon. Wine was the eventual option. Our server disappeared. When we went hunting for him and our nachos after 45 minutes, he appeared out of the kitchen wide eyed. The restaurant was only 1/2 full so that was not the problem. As the five of us were walking out after an hour, we were told our order was on the way and they couldn't understand why it and the nachos did not appear in a timely manner. The dinner was not charged for which we were grateful, but the lack of service and lousy bar abilities was so upsetting that we will not be back. BTW, similar service was had last year.

One of the best fish and chips ever. Thanks we will be back!!!!!

The General... read more We had a fantastic evening and the food was delicious. It was nice to have it be a bit less crowded on a Sunday, but everything was still wonderful. The General Manager, Chip, and our waiter, Michael, were both so friendly and took the time to chat with us and our family. We felt comfortable right away. This was our first visit to Black Butte, but it certainly won't be our last. We will definitely be making Robert's Pub a regular stop. Thank you.
