What Hanne Hahn doesn't like about Villa D Este:
the place is only open until 2:30 o'clock, we arrived mainly at 2 o'clock to be on time. they didn't want to take our order, even we were with 3 little children. the personal was very unfriendly and told us to speak only in French (it sees very arrogant and poor people skills) that we have arrived in the time, and that they would come from 6 o'clock and if they would take each order until 2:30 o'clock, they would not...
