Maybe I'm wrong but we can wait more flexibility from a restaurant. they wrote Bergristschaft but i'm sure with a little more organisation an professionality they can improve a lot ! dont ask to get some changing on the menu ! they will answer that...is not possible to ask for a bratwurst with rosti because on the menu is wrote bratwurst with pommes frites (whay in an alpine rest they offer you pommes frites ? this i...
