The view of the lake and the mountains is beautiful, but the restaurant is rather blandly furnished. I stood in the restaurant for a few minutes until I was able to speak to the only employee present in the kitchen. The steak was good, the fries were rather limp, the sauces seemed to have been bought ready-made. I would have liked a proactive note from the chef or waitress that the seared steak had to be finished frying on the stone plate. According to the menu, the simple dish should cost a whopping 33 CHF. The employee initially wanted to charge me 34 CHF. This was explained as an alleged error in the system.

We didn't think the food was particularly good. The daily menu was finished in the evening. Soup was ok. It's better to pay a little more and get it fresh and tasty. This restaurant could definitely use some help from the food critic! The food is all from the freezer and even if not warmed up well. Some of it cold, from a can, carelessly prepared, tasteless and burnt. We had our dear, good dog with us. We were offered water for the dog but it never came. Not nicely decorated in the restaurant, just a few tables in the room. More appearance than reality. All the staff were not professionally trained, from the cooking staff to the waiters. On our table there were two roses in a glass that had run out of water and were hanging down broken. As much attention as was given to the flowers was also given to the guests. We have almost never eaten so badly. Value for money is miserable.
