I repeated the good experience in my previous visit (reviewed here on ta). the menu has several interesting options both in terms of meat and seafood, and I confirm that their strength is the seafood. Last time, the best court was a fish. also this time were two species of seafood pasta excellent, and so was a main of perfectly boiled otopus; while a kalbsossobuco, not bad, was heavier, blunt in relation to aromen, and overall less satisfying. next time I try her dry beef for another chance! the kitchen here, while the entire tradition remains, offers itself deviations from the local standards and is open to other influences from elsewhere. this is an osteria and as such it pays attention to wee and drink, with a not too long but beautifully built and non-banal list. the waiting staff was jovial, energetic and professional. the prices are very fair.
