good hotel, well located at the top of sirmione offers a beautiful view of lago di garda. very friendly staff and bfast was sufficient as the hotel was closed. the reason why I'm giving it only 3 stars because the bed was like sleeping cement. italien has a problem with money on new mattresses (rolling eyes)! if they plan during booking, they do not plan to sleep comfortably at night. View all feedback.
We had dinner here and although eating was not remarkable, it is a beautiful location and there were relaxing background music we found nowhere else in sirmione. the personal was also friendly.
We had dinner in this restaurant after reading the reviews and we were not disappointed. we divided the octatopus cartatos entrée and it was really cost and had meeres fruit pasta as a main (it was extremely delicious). we enjoyed the whole evening from this beautiful garden...with view of the lake.
A caffe to call after a walk to the ruins! a snack bar, but the service was good and the lookout is great.

No frills hotel but perfect location with a pool and private access to the beach. The rooms were clean, the front desk service helpful and accommodating, and lunch and dinner at the hotel were quite good. While others that stayed in the historic area had to trek to the beach, we were able to hop down, and back up to cool off in the pool. We would recommend the hotel to those that are okay with simple rooms, but good service and great location and convenience to the water.
