Great, local area food place with take out or dine in. Nice, friendly staff was very helpful. Lots of items on the menu from soups (of course and they were pretty good), sandwiches, and salads. I thought it was better than a Panera with portions and cost (a couple bucks less with only small upsizing increase in cost). We told everyone we saw about it while in Sioux Falls. View all feedback.

Honestly it wasn’t the greatest but it wasn’t the worst; as far as the food goes it was alright, albeit quite expensive for the portion size but it wasn’t my main complaint. My main problem is that the staff was consistently “hanging out” in one of the booths, which if it’s slow I have no problem with, but they were on the clock not serving us, and only came to the front when asked directly. Love this place since day one. Cool that you can try before you buy. The soup flavors are always consistent, so once you figure out which ones are your favorites, you know you're always going to experience the same flavor profile, every time it comes back into the rotation. Employee-wise, Aiden is a rock star.

The food at this location was absolutely fantastic! They had a great selection of soups, salads and sandwiches that were all phenomenal. We had our 5 daughters with us so a party of 7 and we all had something different and everyone loved it. The bread bowls were delicious and the variety was great. Service was also top notch . Staff was very organized, clean and very friendly! My only complaint was limited seating but given the circumstances it's understandable.
I love the atmosphere here. Its quaint and cozy. The staff are friendly and offer soup samples while you wait in line to order. Theres several interesting teas with herbs and spices along with sodas to choose from here. The cookies are very soft and fresh. There's even a pick up and go option here, if you want to order ahead. Love this place!!
I'm a big fan of soup and therefore, Zoup has to provide good soup or I'm not going near it. Thankfully, they deliver consistently excellent soup that's unique with a great selection. Some of my favorites include the chicken pot pie, clam chowder, curry thai chicken, and the white bean chicken chili, although they have a ton of great ones. Something I wasn't on board with for a while were their sandwiches but I've found them to be a great addition to the soup. Their Southwest Turkey is perfect with grilled sub/panini bread and a great southwest mayo that adds good flavor. I've also had the chicken one that was really good. The staff is very friendly and always seems willing to help out. If you start coming in on a regular basis, they’ll recognize you and always make it a point to say hello. They also have a punch card so if you’re into rewards, you can rack them up pretty quickly for a free soup, sandwich, salad or you pick 2. They also have the ability to order online which lets you see the options that are available and customize your order. I tend to order online for pickup, which is nice if you have a short lunch. I highly recommend checking Zoup out. They're always great for Winter time but hot weather can't keep me away from a good bowl of soup!
