Little too late for a picture cause it's gone I ate it. It was very good services, very good. Cleaning up on tables needs to be done more Frequent. We had a good experience.Kid-friendliness: I would say things have changed over there. One of the other times that my wife and I went there. We got attitudes, but today was a wonderful. What Justin Wilson doesn't like about Wendy's:
I don't understand why you guys shut down the Wendy's on 41st Street versus this one. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever dealt with in my life. Close the inside at 4:00 every day or they don't even open it at all and claim that they're short staff, but I see seven people running around inside the building. Corporate needs to reach out to this Wendy's and axe for sure because it is terrible View all feedback.
Ordered the Cobb salad but it comes with ranch dining sauce, not salad dressing or onion sticks. Great customer service but real weird salad dressing.
Went to the drive through...the lady handed me a coke and asked for it back! She took of the lid and smelled it before asking did you order regular coke and she handed it back. I didn't grab the coke and just left. Avoid Wendy's on W. 12th St in Sioux Falls.
The place was not on top of things, unfortunately. Food was not hot at lunchtime. Had no ice at all. The soda was warm, and no napkins were completely empty. I told them, and no one did a thing. Was not very busy and just didn't seem to be on top of things. Maybe they need more help but we were buying a car across the road and had not eaten allday. I don't know if this is how they operate usually, but it was not ideal and a lot of upset people.
Fries were terrible. Spicy chicken sandwich was okay. Saw the line in the drive through was long so went inside thinking it would be quicker But didn't realize they only had 1 person working the front. you can order through kiosks but still only 1 person putting together the orders and it was more than a 15 minute wait for the food.
Quick lunch on the run, hit the drive-thru, all food hot and fresh as ordered.
