Ordered through the app and picked up. When I got home we learned the order was made completely wrong. One sandwich was supposed to be an Italian BMT. We got bread (wrong bread) and a couple slices of turkey with none of the toppings we requested. Miles better than 41st and Marion location. They build these sandwiches to perfection. I only use the app to order and pickup at the to go order station.
Jared wasn't there to ruin it so I'd highly recommend eating here.
Nice and friendly super fresh they also have a really good watermelon mix
When ordering online or through the drive thru they never make the sandwich the way it’s requested. Very disappointing.
I accepted an Uber Eats order there. When I walked in, there was no acknowledgment. That was forgivable, I guess. However, the sandwich artist was taking his sweet ole time. Mind you, they had no customers not even in drive thru. Why was he taking so long?! I sat down for 5 minutes. There was no hustle in his demeanor. Just. Nothing.The dude looked like he did not want to be there at all, which is a terrible look. He acted like he couldn 't care less about that job. I have honestly never seen anyone make subs so slowly. I worked at Subway years ago, so I know it doesn 't take that long! I mean, you would 've thought it was a gourmet meal! Maybe he took the position of sandwich artist a little too literally. Anyways, this location just earned the top spot on my blacklist, which is for restaurants I refuse to deliver for. Very sloppy. Too bad the owner has no idea how crappy their staff is. Very bad for business...
