Lobster Fest, not a cheap meal, but worth the price (we very seldom eat out, so when we do, we want something decent . Service is always excellent, too. We get there about once a year and always leave fat and happy !Kid-friendliness: Most kids aren 't thrilled by expensive seafood (thankfully ! so Red Lobster has Mac and cheese and other food they will eat. What Richard Jensen doesn't like about Red Lobster:
I had the endless shrimp. They asked if I wanted more shrimp, it showed up 15 minutes after everyone was done eating and it was cold. My wife asked for a glass of water, which she never received. Neither my wife or I received our sides until we were done eating. Our bill was $106, don't plan on a return visit. View all feedback.
We had a reservation for 7 pm for a table of 6. We were sitted at around 7:15pm. After being sitted, it took our server about 15 mins before we were asked for our drink order, so we all decided to order our food at the same time. It took another 45 mins just to get our salad. During this time, we weren't checked on for refills on drinks. Also, there were tables sitting around us that were sitted long after we were sitted getting their food before ours. We finally got our meal around 9ish. Then, to top it all off, we had to wait yet again for our server to bring us the check. Horrible service, no apologies from the server or the manager. Will never have another dinner here every again.
We have been here 4 times in 2024 and food has been delicious and service excellent.
My husband and I went to Red Lobster on Friday March 29, 2024. They were a little busy, hostess advised it would be a 15 min wait, we said okay we will sit at the bar. The bartender completely ignored us. The hostess called our name sat us down. We had Taylor R has our server. Very kind, polite and apologized to us a couple of times. We ordered our drinks, food. We received our waters. Salad came and then our drinks came with our meal. From the time we sat in your establishment, we finally received our drinks 1 hour later. The waiter apologized and also gave us 1 free beer, but this could've been avoided if the manager would've stepped in and help.We won't be back. We pay alot of money to eat at Red Lobster and they should serve drinks immediately. Food was good, service from Taylor R was excellent and the bartender was terrible.

Waitress was very good,the fish was not good hard on the sides very greasy, the fries were not good.the biscuits were amazing. I don't think I'll return there, plus the price for the food is way too high.Wheelchair accessibility: It's good
