Popeyes is the best chicken restaurant I have ever been to. The food is reasonably priced and the staff are very nice and welcome. I would say the only downside is that they don’t have enough people to run the registers so the line goes a little slower. But considering the world today that is nothing that they can control. I'm happy enough to eat here once a week. I don't get the $4 chicken sandwich EVERY Fast Food Chain tried to duplicate. My best friend works here, she'd get me a sandwich every day. Now I'm addicted to them I get the spicy chicken sandwich with extra pimples and it's ALWAYS amazing. Only the Louise Ave branch makes it great without failing. Great work!
They're understated, but still high! Great job Saturday night. Everything was freshly prepared to order so there is no big thing waiting 7 min on two chicken sandwiches. I'd rather wait if it's fresh, hot and better.
I don't give 5-star food for fast food or chain restaurants. For this type of food, you should especially expect the consistency from one place to the next, with regard to the quality of food. Therefore, a 4-star rating is the best of me. But the service can earn better. Visit this place for the first time. On Sunday evening the trip took place at 5.30. Ordered a 4-piece spicy dish with a biscuit, Cajun Fries, red beans and rice, and a coke. Three customers before me, but it took less than five minutes to get my order. It seemed to be just two employees, the cook and a young man in the window, who was very polite. Everything was just as it should be from Popeyes, hot and fresh. The cookie was fantastic and I'm not a fan of cookies from every restaurant. I'd like to come back if I'm in the area.
The food was overall very good, and service was quick and friendly, but they missed some very important questions while taking my order. Ordered a 2 pc meal but was not asked dark or light; ended up with light (would've ordered dark). Also, I was not asked if I wanted any dipping sauces. Fried chicken was hot, juicy, and crispy. Fries have good seasoning and were cooked properly. The chicken sandwich was delicious and very crispy, but a little bit drier than the competition (CFA).
