There were several fresh pie... read more I received excellent service from the staff. The food did take a while to arrive, but it wasn’t a problem since I wasn’t in a rush. There were several fresh pies to choose from, and I even picked up a couple of sarsaparillas from the adjoining convenience store to enjoy with my meal. The family diner vibe was wonderful, and the food was great!

They offer breakfast all day and have a great variety of options. It's a shame that they no longer have their challenge burger; that was a fun feature.

They offer a monster... read more I've been visiting this spot for many years, and while it has changed a few times, it currently embodies the ideal little truck stop café. They offer a monster burger eating challenge, though I haven't attempted it myself. Their all-day breakfast is fantastic. If they had raisin cream pie the last couple of times I visited, I would definitely give them 5 stars!

The server was incr... read more I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The menu offers a wide variety of options, making it difficult to choose just a few dishes. The server was incredibly friendly and attentive, and our food arrived quickly. It's clear they have regular customers whom they socialize with, but they still checked in on us frequently. I was tempted to try their desserts since the pies looked delicious, but unfortunately, I was too full to indulge.

For the record, Marlin's over-easy eggs are practically raw, and it seems the cooks aren't much more skilled than the servers. This place now holds the record for the shortest time I've ever spent in a restaurant, as well as the smallest tip I've ever given. Congratulations, Marlin's. Save your time and opt for somewhere else, like Fryn' Pan or any other restaurant.
