When I placed my order, the staff member was nice and patient. I ordered a 16-piece Original Recipe meal, paid quickly, and received my food promptly at the window—great service on that part. However, once I got home, the chicken didn’t look right; it resembled the Crispy Recipe but wasn’t. I decided to try it anyway, and it was completely flavorless—fried chicken with no seasoning at all. Disappointed after spending nearly $50 on such a bland meal, I returned to KFC and spoke to the cashier, showing her the chicken and explaining that we had ordered Original Recipe. She insisted it was the Original Recipe and when I mentioned the lack of flavor, she said she didn’t know what to tell me. I left with the chicken but felt let down by the experience considering the menu options promised much better.

The service is good only when a certain manager is working—I don’t remember his name, but our food is always fresh and there are no issues. However, lately when other staff are working, problems arise. Either someone isn’t paying attention at the drive-thru or their headset isn’t working properly. I’ve had to pull up to the window to place my order after waiting several minutes. A few times, the buns on the chicken sandwiches were very dry. I’m updating this review because the service keeps getting worse. The only explanation I receive is that they are short-staffed, yet there always seem to be several people standing at the drive-thru window.

By the time we got home, which is just down the street, the ice cream had completely melted. There was hardly any ice cream in the floats to begin with.

We sat... read more I don 't usually leave bad reviews but this establishment is not customer friendly. Twice now they have been rude and not tentative to their drive thru. We sat there for a couple minutes before were told to go ahead when they only had one other carin their drive thru. As we got to the window the female was in a rush to hand us our food then shut the window in our facebefore I could even ask for our drinks. When i did she was upset that I had even thought to bring that up so she quickly rushedto get our drinks even with no one else at the restaurant. They also forgot some items in our order but we do not even bother tobring it up because they 're so disgruntled to be bothered to do their basic job requirements.

Definitely needs a lot ofimprovement.
