Hardee’s - Sioux Falls

Pretty much like every other hardees I've ever eaten at.

Drove for 3.5 hrs up from IA to get a hotel for the night and wanted to grab a quick dinner. Usually, I have good luck with Hardee's because of the quality of food and freshness. This is not the case at this location. I would have given 1 star, but since the guy was nice and had good professionalism, I bumped up to 2 stars. My fries were absolutely terrible. They were cold and soggy. Tasted like they were sitting for a long time. Also worst super burger I have ever bitten into. They had so much ketchup plastered on the burger that it was oozed over on all sides and dripping off the bottom. Totally took away from the taste of everything else. I did not even finish my food and just threw in the garbage where it belonged. It was not worth the $13.06 I paid. They were not busy either and totally could have taken the time to drop new fries and make the burger like it's supposed to. I will never eat at this location again and quite frankly probably not at any other location in South dakota since it was my first time in the state. I would not recommend this location to anyone else as the quality of food is terrible.

Amazing service and the staff ? best and on point the young man working front/drive on Sunday 1/28/24 very perfect experience..... very respectful and overall loved his job u could tell keep up the GREAT WORK!!!

I ordered Hot Ham and Cheese sandwiches, which were not warm in the center. Common issue at this location. Curly fries were barely warm and not crispy.

My recent visit to Hardee's left me disappointed and compelled to assign a mere one-star rating to this fast-food establishment. While the menu promised a selection of indulgent burgers and hearty breakfast options, the execution fell drastically short of expectations.The flagship Thickburger, a supposed highlight, arrived disappointingly overcooked and lacking the advertised juiciness. The overall taste profile seemed muted, failing to deliver the bold flavors one anticipates from a premium burger. Additionally, the portion sizes felt disproportionate to the prices, leaving me with a sense of dissatisfaction.Service was lackluster, marked by a disinterested staff that seemed indifferent to customer experience. The cleanliness of the dining area left much to be desired, further diminishing the overall appeal of the restaurant. The lack of ambiance and ambiance-enhancing elements contributed to a forgettable dining atmosphere.While value for money is a crucial aspect in the fast-food industry, Hardee's struggled to justify its pricing with the subpar quality of the offerings. In comparison to competitors offering more flavorful and well-executed options, Hardee's falls short, leaving customers with an overall unsatisfactory dining experience. My one-star rating reflects the significant room for improvement that Hardee's must address to regain its standing in the competitive fast-food landscape.
