Golden Dragon - Sioux Falls

Just the best Chinese in Sioux Falls. You have a lunch and dinner menu that clearly tell at what time it switches over, so if you do not note, then you may have to pay the dinner rate (It is 3pm); but it's just about a $2-3 difference, depending on which ones you get; well worth it. My personal favorites are the orange chicken and the sweet and sour shrimps.

I'm a little new in the area of Sioux Falls, but that's where I'm going to get Chinese food. I've eaten three or four times here, and I've never experienced any of the service problems that others seem to have. The good is very pleasant; I always order the duck with pineapple cherries. It is not an elegant culinary experience, but the prices are also quite reasonable.

The fried rice was very bland. The sweet and acidic chicken was definitely just frozen pieces that were heated. My favorite part of Chinese food is the remains, and that was the first time I threw it away immediately. Food was too expensive for what I got

Let me say first, if I could rate this place with 0 stars, I would. We just ordered it an hour ago. I ordered Sesame chicken and egg drop soup. The chicken was covered with soggy bread, the sauce had no taste and half the container was confused stringy salad! Celebrity does not begin to describe how it looked and tasted. The egg drop soup was terrible. Taste bold without other taste. No egg, nothing. My husband has beef with extra beef. There was no additional beef and it was also tasteless. They didn't send chopsticks or plastic silver. Although they delivered very quickly, it was the worst food I ever tasted, and I will tell all my family and friends to go elsewhere! A terrible excuse for the Chinese excuse.

The service we recieved was terrible!!! We ordered 80 dollars in food tonight. One of the items had mushrooms in it and were not listed online as an ingredient. I called back about it and was told it wasn't their fault I didnt know the item,was not made as listed. After arguing with him about it he said if I wanted to bring the item back he could remake it the way it states on the menu. But they wouldnt redeliver it. I asked to speak to a manager and he bluntly told me to call back tomorrow. Shortly after, my mother called to address it with a manger and a girl was on the phone this time. She told her no mangers were there. My mother asked the managers name and the girl wanted to know why she needed to know. Still she wouldnt say. I have NEVER had such horrible service! We could not even get a refund. Very dissatisfied! I cannot see this restaurant staying open much longer if the service is so terrible, the food is overpriced and not prepared as the menu lists.
