Giliberto's Mexican Taco No. 5

I'm new to the area and this was my first visit to this restaurant. I have a few questions. I hope the photos capture it well, but the ground beef had a very red color. It didn’t look like it was in a sauce; it resembled raw hamburger. Is this typical? I've heard that some places serve hamburgers medium-rare as a standard. Is that the case at Giliberto's for their tacos? I'm not sure if I'll return.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant, and we were hoping it would be good. Well, it was absolutely DELICIOUS! We recently moved to the area and were searching for a genuine Mexican restaurant, and this place really feels like home! The meat has the perfect flavors, the salsas are spot on, and the Mexican drinks are excellent too! If you're new to the area and come from a place with plenty of Mexican food, this is definitely the spot for you! I highly recommend it; the staff was wonderful and friendly. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

During my last two visits, I was disappointed. My taco salad had almost no salad at all.

Called in order for 2 mixed fajitas,picked it up went home kids ate one of them then i saw it wasn't mixed fajitas just shrimp, called them back, went back, and they made me what i ordered, so they made it right, they are awesome. open a shop by the north walmart, if you build it we will come.

The burritos are great. I order a different one each time and am never disappointed. Large portion, great taste. Friendly enthusiastic counter person at near closing time.
