The gas pumps were still prompting customers to add a car wash, even though the car wash was temporarily closed and wouldn't be reopening for some time. When I brought this to the clerk's attention, she made excuses and claimed she couldn't deactivate the prompt at the pumps, despite knowing they were unable to provide the service. I believe it's illegal to sell something you know you cannot deliver. This is not ethical business practice on the part of Circle K.

Af... read more I regret to say that I had a disappointing experience at this gas station. I stopped by to refuel and get a car wash, but encountered rude employees instead. After filling up on gas, I found out that the car wash was out of service only after driving over there. When I went inside to request a refund, since I live out of town, the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, particularly over a $13 charge. They informed me the car wash would be operational again on Thursday, but instead of being professional, their attitude was dismissive. I now realize that I should have verified the car wash's status before getting gas. Thanks, Paul, for the poor service—it’s a shame. I wonder if this is indicative of how Circle K locations operate nationwide. You've definitely lost my business.

The... read more Be sure to check your receipt at Circle K. I bought two bottled drinks that were advertised as 2 for $4.50 on the menu, but I was charged $6.25 at checkout. The drinks were the same, and I pointed out the mistake to the clerk, but it couldn’t be corrected since I had to leave and there were customers waiting behind me. I’m not too upset, just wanted to give others a heads-up.

They even moved around just to watch us, which felt very... read more I had an unpleasant experience at Circle K because two staff members kept staring at me and my friends. They even moved around just to watch us, which felt very intrusive. One of them had several piercings, and the other was a taller man with glasses and brown hair. Their behavior significantly impacted our enjoyment of the meal.
